Following terms & conditions apply to all orders made by the customer (referred to as ”you”) at www.mergerra.com (referred to as ”us” or ”website”). The website www.mergerra.com is driven by the Swedish company Mergerra, organization number 800605-0697. If you want to get in touch with us please email email@example.com.
Prices and offers displayed on the website are valid at the time they occur, unless anything else is stated. For countries in the European Union the prices displayed online include statutary Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT). We do not charge VAT for customers from countries outside of the European Union however customs duty and VAT might be added by the recieving countrys customs control.
We sell and ship to all countries worldwide.
Only persons over eighteen year’s age can place an order.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
We charge 5 euros for Swedish customers, 10 euros for the rest of the European Union and 15 Euros for the rest of the world. Delivery time is 7-10 days.
Damage in transit
Make sure to check packaging before signing. Please report any visible damage directly to the courier which has delivered the package to you.
Warranty & repair policy
We put a lot of effort in keeping high quality in our products. If our product is subject to defects in materials (fabrics, zippers & buttons) or production process (seams & fabrics) the item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Mergerra. This warranty is valid three months from the date of delivery.
We at Mergerra want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, therefor we offer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your items to us within 14 days from the day you received it and get your money back. For us to approve a returned item there are a few things to pay attention to:
Write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason you are returning/exchanging your product.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free of damages by the customer.
Your item need to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
We can only accept products for returns if they were bought on www.mergerra.com.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Pending your credit card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
Shipping when returning or exchanging an item
The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. Mergerra will pay for shipping costs every time we send an item to the customer, no matter if it’s an exchange or a purchase.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and any disputes that may arise shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
If any of these terms are found to be invalid by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
